We have this bad habit at our house. When one of the boys are sick or hurt, we let them sleep in our room. So the other day, right about bed time, Alex got all sad and said his tounge hurt "real badly" and he needed to sleep in our room. I said fine, just go to sleep in there, but in the middle of the night, daddy will put you in your own room. I went and checked on him a few minutes later, and thought he looked so cute. He was almost sitting up. I love the hand on the head! He looks so inocent when he is sleeping. It's a whole different story when he is awake!
I think in Cam's previous life, he was some sort of fish. He loves to take baths and will stay in there forever. He was in the bathtub for over an hour this morning!
I have no idea why they make onsies for kids this age. He looks like such a little geek. Don't worry, he wore overalls over it!
And of course, I have to throw in some pic's of the baby!!
She was talkin like crazy!!

Kyle little friend Isaac came over to play. They are so funny together. They think they are so old. Kyle was pushing Isaac on this toy, then he decided to hop on with him. I was a little to slow with the camera to get them riding... After lots of playing, they were happy to get sippy cups, and a little cartoon time!

That's all for tonight! Sometimes it seems like our days are so busy that I never get a chance to update this blog. There are nights when I think, did I ever sit down today? That reason is a huge motivator not to give Hailey a bottle. Sad, I know. But it's a great excuse for a little relaxing one on one time with her. The past 3 and a half months have flown by, and before I know it, it will be her I will be taking to the bus stop at the crack of dawn, not just Alex. Alex's bus comes at 7:30 AM and he gets home at 11:00 AM. In that time, I have to get the other kids breakfast, go to the gym, get home, take a shower, try to clean up the house (yeah right!), and then rush off to pick up Alex. Our afternoon's can be equally as hectic. Luckily, Cameron only has preschool twice a week, and those 2 days are rough!! I can't even remember how boring my life must have been 5 years ago. What did I do with all my time?? I sure can't remember!!

Hailey and Holly

For some reason, I like to take pictures of people holding Hailey. My friend Holly was another one of my victims!! I think Hailey really likes her. Hailey is not the best child to take in the car, she doesn't like it. My guess is she is not getting the attention she deserves in the car, and she knows it! So as a result, she cries. Anyways, when Holly is in the car with us, for some strange reason, Hailey is really good!! STRANGE.....
Hailey is sleeping in her swing and I thought it was cute with her fingers in her mouth!!

Ky got a haircut!

Ky finally got a haircut!!!
I think he looks so different!

Soccer Stars

Alex and Cameron have been playing soccer for a few weeks. Today, Cameron had to play in a horrible rainstorm. I couldn't believe they didn't cancel the game due to the storm, but Cameron was a trooper and played in the rain. By the time Alex's game was ready to start, 3 hours later, the sky was blue. Alex got lucky!! These are a few pictures of them from last weeks game.

My Little Doll

Tonight I decided to get all of Hailey's 3 month size clothes out and wash them since she is now 3 months old. I was taking all the tags off everything and was just about done when I came across her bag of headbands and bows. A quick photoshoot later, here is what she happily let me do to her. She was a great sport, I felt like a little kid with a doll. I honestly think she liked it! She looks adorable!!

Camping

Camping

We went camping with Heather and Dave and their kids. We went to Horsethief Reservoir. We spent one day at the lake in McCall. The kids all had a great time!

Kristen's Baby Shower

My cousin Kristen is having her first baby in a few weeks! I made myself the photographer for her!!

I thought this diaper cake was the coolest thing ever!

WHAT?? Who buys these?

Hailey goes to Utah

I got a chance to take Hailey to Utah last weekend to meet some of her family that hasn't had a chance to meet her, and also to go to my cousin Kristen's baby shower. It was the first time Hailey had been on an airplane, and she did great! Once we were in Utah, she met her Great Grandma and Grandpa Slotboom, Great Grandma and Grandpa Ellis, Grandpa Uriel and his wife Adrianna, Uncle Zak, Uncle Steve, Great Aunt Janeen and her kids Kristen, Rachel and Marcus, my friend Shanna, and more... Everyone loved her! Hailey was such a good sport and let everyone pass her around. It was fun to be able to go just me and her!

Ky wanted a ride!

Alex leaving for school looking VERY handsome! Hailey is getting strong!

Watch your backs Rolling Stones....

Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, U2, you better look out! There are some new SuperStars in town! YEAH RIGHT!!! Marcelo thought it would be fun to buy Rockband, I didn't agree. Don't get me wrong, I like music, but I am aware that I don't have the skills to pay the bills in the music department if you know what I mean! Anyways, we got this the day before my parents came to visit. I thought the kids might like it for a few minutes and then it wouldn't be touched for a month. Boy was I wrong!! Marcelo and my dad went upstairs and stayed for HOURS!! The were junkies! In the 48 hours my parents were here, they must have played well over 10 hours. And for 2 people who don't understand how to sit still, that's a really long time! The first night they were here, me and my mom went to watch them, and we laughed so hard we almost cried! They seriously looked like they thought they were RockStars! They were good too!! Me and my mom took our turn the following night, very late at night, and let's just say we gave them a little competition!!
