Future BFF'S!

Hailey and Kaidence were finally able to meet. Our family has a lot of little boys, and then little Hailey came along! I was so happy when Kristen found out she was also having a little girl. They will be so cute together when they are older! We tried and tried to get some cute pic's of them, it seems like one was always either not looking, crying, or Hailey would roll away! Oh, well, what do you expect from babies!

Christmas Day

Christmas morning is always so exciting!! It's such a totally different excitement for parents and kids. It's great watching your kids get so excited! The boys saw their presents and went crazy! They were pretty satisfied customers!! Hailey was happy with the wrapping paper. Kyle loved the treats in his stocking, and Alex and Cam "always wanted that" after every present they opened. A few hours later, we went to visit Marcelo's dad and his wife. We don't see them all that often, yet the boys always seem quite comfortable around them...weird! After that, we went out to Brandi's for dinner. The second we got there, the power went out. We waited an hour or so, packed up all the uncooked food, and went back to my parents house to cook it and eat! Always something, right! Christmas was great, and before we know it, this year will have flown by, and we will all be out Christmas shopping again.....

Christmas......finally!

Wow, I am behind! Better late than never, right?? We went to Utah for Christmas. We left on Dec 22, in between storms according to the news, yeah right!! We had a rough start. The weather was awful, part of the freeway was closed, but after 7 hours of driving, we finally made it! The kids were so happy to get out of the car! My mom had cooked a big dinner and invited Brandi and her kids, my aunt Janeen and her family, and I was FINALLY able to meet Kristen's baby Kaidence. So Cute!! She is a few months younger than Hailey, but it's fun to think of them in a few years running around together! Anyways, back to Christmas..... on Christmas Eve, Zak came out to spend the day and night with us. We went to dinner, came home and the kids each got to open a present, pj's of course! Then the set out cookies and milk for Santa, and some carrots for the reindeer.
